Our community is governed by dedicated volunteer Owners who generously give their time to ensure Wedgewood Townhomes remains one of Omaha’s premier communities. Our amenities (clubhouse, heated pool, tennis court, private streets, and contracted lawn care and snow removal) combined with our convenient location in Omaha, distinguish Wedgewood as a truly exceptional place to call home
This website provides links to resources that can help you get familiar with both the surrounding area and the character of our Association. Wedgewood was developed in several phases, beginning with the first residents in 1974. Construction generally progressed uphill from 120th Street, with the final buildings completed in 1983.
Our community is compact and well‑defined, bordered by 120th Street to the west, Leavenworth Road and Crest Ridge School to the north, Brandon Park to the east, and St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church and School to the south.
