Welcome

Wedgewood sign

On behalf of our Board of Directors, Wedgewood Owners Association, we extend you a very cordial welcome to our community website. We are all proud of Wedgewood, a community of 79 Townhome units, and believe that our self-government is a strong feature in maintaining the attractiveness of this subdivision. Our clubhouse, heated pool, and tennis court amenities, plus our private streets, contracted lawn services and snow removal for the subdivision, our relative seclusion, and strategic location to shopping and services are among the most attractive features of Wedgewood.

This website contains links to information that you will find helpful in acclimating to the area and nature of our Association. Wedgewood was developed in several successive stages beginning with first occupancies in 1974. Generally, the development flowed upward from 120th Street with the last structures built in 1983. We are a compact community bounded by 120th Street to the West, Leavenworth and Crest Ridge School to the North, Brandon Park to the East, and St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church and School to the South.

Among the distinguishing features of our self-government are: an annual meeting in November to elect Directors and discuss budget for the coming year, a semi-annual meeting in May to discuss active projects, monthly meetings of the board of directors (open to all members), Bylaws and Covenants as our governing documents, a list of Wedgewood Committees staffed by volunteer residents, and an updated Wedgewood Association Phone Directory of residents. These elements are included in the hard copy “Living in Wedgewood” resident binders. Non-personal information is also available via this website. You are encouraged to review these at your earliest opportunity. Your participation in self-government by attending the annual and semi-annual meetings and sharing your interests and expertise in committee work will be most appreciated by all of us.

Again, welcome to Wedgewood -we're very happy to have you with us!
